Jeffrey Zund

Jeffrey Zund is an Executive Director / Leasing with over 30 years of experience representing a multitude of office, retail and industrial clients in the acquisition and/or disposition of several million square feet of commercial space throughout New York City and Long Island.

Prior to joining Resolution Real Estate, Jeff was an Executive Managing Director at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors, and a Principal at Kenneth Zund Realty Associates, Inc., a Manhattan based commercial real estate firm founded by Jeff and his father in 1985.

Over the course of his career, Jeff has been involved in such notable transactions, including leasing at 100 Avenue of the Americas; 43,000 square feet at 200 Madison Avenue, 34,000 square feet at 303 West 10th Street and 28,000 square feet at 22 West 34th Street as well as the sale of 206 East 63rd Street.

His clients have ranged from mid-sized New York based firms to large national corporations, institutions and foreign governments which include Mesirow Financial Services, Ameriprise Financial Services, Mercer Financial Services, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, The Government of Jamaica, The Government of the Republic of Gabon, The Government of Haiti, The Aspen Institute, Kirkus Media, Caribbean Tourism Organization, Spears & Imes, LLP, Strategic Insight Mutual Fund Research & Consulting, Inc., Two Sigma Investments,LLC, Cooley’s Anemia Foundation, Dress Barn, Inc., Zoni Language centers, and National Television of Spain. Jeff maintains long term, exclusive relationships with many of his key clients.

In addition, Jeff represents landlords in the leasing and re-positioning of commercial properties throughout New York and has represented the ownership of properties such as 256 Fifth Avenue, 587 Fifth Avenue, 271 Madison Avenue, 23 West 16th Street, 236 West 40th Street, 20 East 46th Street, 151 West 46th Street, 155 West 46th Street, 206 East 63rd Street, 250 East 63rd Street and 355 East 72nd Street.
