GERARD NOCERA
Managing Partner
Bio
Gerard T. Nocera serves as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Resolution Real Estate Partners. He is responsible for strategic planning, real estate management, leasing and construction, and acquisitions and dispositions. Since the formation of Resolution Real Estate, Nocera has worked on the highly successful purchase, management and sale of 1372 Broadway with Starwood Capital and the acquisition, redevelopment and sale of 142 West 36th Street and 234 West 39th Street with The Davis Companies. He also worked on the notable asset the Lipstick Building, 292 Madison Avenue and 183 Madison Avenue.
He previously served as Chief Operating Officer for SL Green where he worked for over 16 years. He was primarily responsible for building the company’s management, leasing, construction and marketing departments. He was instrumental in designing and implementing the Companies transformation from a small side street, Grade B Office Leasing and Management company to the largest publicly traded owner of Manhattan office space. He oversaw an office portfolio in excess of 25 million square feet and led construction projects including major repositionings of 485 Lexington Avenue, 750 Third Avenue, 100 Park Avenue, 1250 Broadway and 317 Madison Avenue. He also worked on over $7 billion of acquisitions and dispositions.
From 1984 to 1989, he was a broker with the NY office of Coldwell Banker (currently CBRE) and worked as a Landlord Representative for the Cohen Brothers, a prominent New York landlord. Mr. Nocera holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Duquesne University.
ANTHONY MCELROY

Bio
Mr. McElroy has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and has been involved in the acquisition and asset management of over $2 billion of real estate comprising 11 million square feet in over 30 properties. He has a broad-based background with expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, due diligence, financing, development, deal structuring and financial analysis. He has a proven investment track record having achieved significant returns on real estate investments and has successfully partnered with several institutional equity investors throughout his career.
Mr. McElroy has worked with some of the premier real estate owner/developers in New York including S.L. Green Realty Corp., Fisher Brothers and Olympia & York. While at S.L. Green Realty Corp., he played an integral role in the emergence and growth of the company in the New York City real estate market including initial public offerings that raised over $600 million.

Bio
Michael W. Reid serves as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Resolution Real Estate Partners. He is responsible for strategic planning, finance and reporting, acquisitions and dispositions, debt financings, and structuring joint ventures. Since the formation of Resolution Real Estate, Reid has worked on the highly successful purchase and sale of 1372 Broadway with Starwood Capital and the purchase, redevelopment and sale of 142 West 36th Street and 234 West 39th Street with The Davis Companies. He also worked on the notable asset management assignments including the Lipstick Building, 292 Madison Avenue and 183 Madison Avenue.
He formerly served as Chief Operating Officer of SL Green from 2001-2004 where his responsibilities included strategic planning, corporate and real estate operations, finance and reporting, & capital raising in the public and private debt and equity markets and risk management. In this capacity, he worked on over $2 billion of acquisitions and dispositions. He took SL Green public in 1998. Prior to SL Green, Michael Reid was a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers responsible for the REIT Equity practice and lead managed over $7 billion in primary and secondary equity offerings. Mr. Reid worked at Lehman Brothers for fourteen years in sales and trading and real estate investment banking. Prior to joining Lehman, Mr. Reid worked in the real estate banking and acquisition department of The First Boston Corporation. Mr. Reid holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Divinity Degree from Yale University.
Mr. Reid currently sits on the Board and serves as Chairman of the Board for Capital Senior Living (CSU: NYSE) and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Inland Residential Properties Trust.
DANA MOSKOWITZ Partner …………………….
Bio
Dana L. Moskowitz is a Partner at Resolution Real Estate Partners. Previously she was a Principal and the President of EVO Real Estate Group, a firm which merged with Herald Square Properties to form HSP Real Estate Group in 2017. Her main responsibilities entail new business development, client relations and overseeing the leasing and operations of her family real estate holdings. Additionally, she serves as the Business Director for HSP in NAI Global, the largest and most powerful network of independently owned commercial real estate firms.
Ms. Moskowitz was a one of the founding partners and a Principal of ID Real Estate Partners, where she focused on acquisitions and brokerage. At ID she acquired a long term net lease on an 112,000 square foot office building and oversaw the repositioning of the property. Ms. Moskowitz began her career at Winoker Realty Company in 2003 as a leasing broker representing both tenants and landlords.
Ms. Moskowitz graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. She is a board member of B’nai Brith Real Estate Division, a former Chairperson for the Real Estate New Leadership Cabinet of Israel Bonds, a member of the Young Men and Women’s Real Estate Association and the Real Estate Board of New York. Dana has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Real Deal, a Women of Influence by Real Estate Forum and honored as a 2015 Pioneering Woman in Real Estate by Sokol media.
